Cece says: A dinosaur! A blue dinosaur, Mom!
Tears….a beautiful picture, and a wonderful 6 word sentence that she used her social skills to tell me about the picture she had drawn!! It took 6 minutes for her to get it out but I held her in my lap and waited. Silently pointing to the picture, offering no words of my own so that she could find her words!!! 😀

The best things in life a…
The best things in life are never easy, for if they were life would be monotonously boring. For it is in the challenges and hardships that we face on a daily basis that make the smallest moments of our lives worth living, worth remembering and most importantly remembered and cherished by our children. For the measure of a person should not be the successes they achieved but rather the strength, endurance, love and honesty in which they fought for those achievements. If life is easy then you aren’t really living but merely here….existing.
