Coming soon: “Sensory Friendly” movie to a theater near us!! Yeah!

The Orca Theatre in cooperation with

Hope Community Resources

proudly presents

the first sensory sensitive movie presentation!!

Saturday November 17th.

Doors open at 10:30am. Movie at 11am.

Tickets can be pre-purchased at the Orca starting October 22nd.

Sensory Sensitive Movie presentations are presented in 2d with the lights on, the sound down, and allowance of people to move around during the presentation.  Families and individuals on special diets may bring specialized foods.  Drinks, popcorn, and other standard snacks can be purchased at the theatre.  Door prizes will be drawn during the movie (posters, t-shirts, and ball caps) and will be announced at the end of the film to pick up at the concession stand.  A ten minute break for freshening will be held mid-film.

This is an exciting opportunity for families and individuals to attend films together.  Please show your support of the Orca’s efforts to provide integration and inclusion by attending!  Also go LIKE them on their FACEBOOK PAGE!
